What will happen with our first visit?

An evaluation is the first step to determine if your child needs speech and language therapy.  We will formally and informally assess your child's abilities to determine the appropriate treatment plan.

Are bilingual services provided?

Yes. Our Houston team evaluates and provides speech therapy to the bilingual community.

Can I choose to change agencies?

If you have unresolved issues with your current agency, it is your right to choose another agency to assume care for your child. It is always recommended that you attempt to resolve the issues with your current provider. However, if you cannot, changing to another agency may be your best solution.

How do I contact Milestones Therapy Services about starting services?

All you need to do is call the agency office at 713-904-3444 and ask for Mariel Cortez, Owner and Administrator. Mariel will take your information and answer your questions.

What Insurance Plans do you accept?

We accept Medicaid and private pay.  If you have a specific question, please contact our office at 713-904-3444 for assistance.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be made with credit card or by check. They can call into the office to make a payment by phone if needed

Do you accept insurance?

Milestones Therapy Services accepts a variety of insurance including Medicaid.
Please call us to verify our in-network provider status regarding your insurance.
Patients are responsible for their co-pay payment.
